Hunter Responsibilities:

The hunter is responsible for the following costs:

1-Transportation to the hunting location. In most cases nonresident hunters will want to rent a car from Salt Lake International Airport to get to the hotel or hunting location.
2-Lodging
3-Food
4-Taxidermy
5-Meat processing

Note: We will help the client make these arrangements. We will contact a taxidermist and a meat processor prior to the hunt for our clients convenience.

Convenience Package:
The hunter can purchase a convenience package for their hunt. We will take care of food and lodging at the following rates:
9 day hunt $2,500.
7 day hunt $2,200.
5 day hunt $1,800.
The hunter will be responsible for transportation to the hunting area and their alocholic beverages. If a mountain camp is preferred a camp host will be included.

Note: With the convenience package hunters are responsible for their meat processing and taxidermy costs.

Shuttle:

We will shuttle the hunter to the hunting area round trip from the Salt Lake City International Airport, or the Cedar City Airport for $500.

Hunters Physical Condition:

We encourage our hunters to be in the best physical shape possible when hunting with us. Hunters are encouraged to get a complete physical 90 days prior to their hunt beginning. Hunting in Utah can be a physical sport.

Hunters Equipment:

We recommend our hunters arrive with the best safety and hunting equipment possible. The mountains are steep and rocky. The weather conditions can change rapidly. Hunters need to prepare for all types of weather during their hunt. Good footwear is required while on your hunt with us. Gator and wool pants are recommended for cougar hunters. The altitude of Utah's mountains can be between 6,000 - 13,000 feet above sea level.

We recommend hunters have a Garmin Rhino 520/530 GPS radio in their equipment with extra batteries. If the hunter does not have a Rhino Radio we recommend the hunter have a Cell Phone or Satelite Phone as well as a GPS Device with extra batteries. It is also a good idea to have a Motorola 1 watt radio with extra batteries

All hunters should have a day backpack equipped with a survival kit and basic first aid supplies. We recommend the Blacks Creek backpacks to our clients. Rain gear is recommended.
